  • Active Minds - Non-profit organization that empowers college students to speak openly about mental health and reduce stigma around seeking help.
     
  •  Reach Out - Anonymous and supportive space where young people can find info about others’ experiences and voice their opinions on many issues. Covers a range of issues including depression, eating issues, sexual assault, suicide, self-harm, etc.
     
  • The Boys Town National Hotline - Phone, text, and email hotline for a wide range of issues. Has a community message board for peer support, and a list of helpful tips for dealing with self-esteem, relationships, family, stress, health, abuse, holidays, helping suicidal friends.
     
  • National Dating Abuse Hotline - Resources, quizzes, psychoeducation about healthy relationships, and online chat/text/voice hotlines for individuals involved in physically or emotionally abusive relationships.
     
  • National Eating Disorders Association - Leading non-profit for eating disorders. Provides information on eating disorders, resources, and help for those struggling with eating disorders or supporting someone who is.
     
  • The Trevor Project  National organization providing intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ youth ages 13-24. Has phone, text, and chat counseling services and resources/information about gender and sexual identity.
